Celebrity Cruises Interline Rates

Can airline employees get interline rates on Celebrity? Yes, and so can FedEx and UPS employees, retirees, and spouses and parents of active employees. One eligible person in a stateroom qualifies everyone in it, and each eligible employee can book up to two more staterooms on the same sailing. KTE Interliner books Celebrity interline fares with no booking fee and quotes the interline rate next to the best public fare, so you can see which is actually lower.

How booking Celebrity works with KTE

1. Tell us the sailing. Send the ship, dates or region by text or email. A rough idea is fine.
2. Get two prices side by side. We quote the interline rate and the best public fare for the same cabin.
3. Send your ID. A photo of your badge, or the employee's badge if you're a spouse or parent.
4. Hold the cabin. We place the booking and send your deposit and final payment dates.
5. We stay on it. I watch the fare after booking, and if the interline rate drops before final payment, I rebook you at the lower price. I send reminders before final payment and before online check-in opens, and I flag any onboard credit offers or upgrade opportunities that come up.

• The Edge Series ships (Edge, Apex, Beyond, Ascent and Xcel) are the newest and most in demand. Book early if you want one.
• The older Millennium and Solstice class ships often have the best interline pricing and still deliver the Celebrity experience.
• AquaClass and Concierge Class are the sweet spot at interline rates. You get real perks without suite pricing.
• All Celebrity needs to confirm your interline rate is a photo of your ID badge. Send it along with your request and I'll take care of the rest.
• Don't assume the interline rate is the lowest. I always compare it with the current public promotion.
• The Galápagos sailings are some of the best value on the line when interline space opens up.

Celebrity's interline program covers more than flight crew. You qualify if you are:

1. An active employee with flight benefits at a domestic or international passenger airline
2. An active FedEx or UPS employee (all employees, not only pilots, which is broader than some lines; Silversea, for example, only accepts FedEx and UPS pilots)
3. The spouse, domestic partner or parent of an active airline employee
4. An air traffic controller (NATCA or CATCA) or GDS employee (Sabre, Worldspan, Galileo/Apollo, Amadeus)
5. Retired from a passenger airline, cargo carrier, air traffic control or a GDS company

Staterooms: if one guest in a stateroom qualifies, everyone in that stateroom gets the interline rate. Each eligible employee can book 2 additional staterooms on the same sailing. Two employees who each have their own interline benefits and share a stateroom can book up to 5 staterooms between them, which works well for multi-family trips.

Proof of eligibility:

• Active employees: photo of your current employee ID badge
• Retirees: photo of your retiree ID badge, or a letter from your former employer confirming retirement
• Spouses, domestic partners and parents: photo of the active employee's ID badge and/or proof of flight benefits from the employee's benefits portal

Without valid proof, Celebrity can change the fare to the full retail price at check-in, or deny boarding. KTE checks your proof before booking.
